The Problem with Shooting Practice

To be an elite basketball player, even at the youth level, coaches recommend you shoot at least 500 shots per day. This is nearly impossible without the use of an automatic rebounding and passing machine (see photo example). 

However, shooting machines come with their own set of challenges:

  • Too Expensive ($2,500 - $20,000)

  • Too big & heavy to move and store (~150 lbs, 12ft tall)

  • Not kid-friendly, leaving younger players at a disadvantage.

That’s why the 97%* of players who lack access to these machines are left struggling with inconsistent practice, while only the top 3% can train like pros.
